UI/UX Designer and Researcher. Our objective was to choose a non-profit organization to re-design. GrowNYC.org was originally designed to educate New Yorkers on how to live a greener healthy lifestyle, while also providing helpful resources. Our observations showed the website design is outdated with an inefficient layout, that was not meeting our expectations. There is a disinterest and a lot of frustration when navigating the site.

UIX NEST was specifically developed as a comprehensive platform that supports users in achieving their goals when transitioning or expanding their knowledge in the field of UI/UX. UIX NEST provides resources and interactive learning materials. Initiating a simplified user experience, so users can navigate the complexities of UI/UX effectively, efficiently, and confidently.
UIX NEST can be a valuable initiative, especially considering the challenges individuals face when transitioning to a career in UI/UX. Providing a comprehensive platform with resources and interactive learning materials can significantly ease the learning curve and help users build their skills in a structured manner.
It's common for recent graduates to be uncertain about their career path, and providing a platform like UIX NEST to explore the UI/UX field can be immensely beneficial. To cater to users with diverse educational backgrounds and interests.

Primary Researcher, UI/UX Designer. Creating a Universal Tech Support app with the goal of connecting users to customer service through live video chat sounds like a promising idea. Such an app could potentially streamline the customer service process and provide a more efficient way for users to get assistance with their tech-related issues.
To make your app successful, we considered incorporating features such as easy navigation, a user-friendly interface, and efficient routing to the appropriate customer service representatives.
